Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career? We are looking for a **Planner**to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report hierarchically to the **Product Line Director**, and functionally to the Head of Processes & Methods. The Planner is responsible for the planning of current and future projects.



He/she co-operates closely with the relevant figures in Product Line (Product Line Director, Project Manager) and central planning. Beyond that the Planner compiles, and supervises the targets related to timing. The Planner guarantees the central report system within the Product Line. **Main activities and responsibilities**: - Responsible for coordination and synchronization for processes, methods, tools and standards of the product line organization
- He/She is the interface for all the date and process questions, and he/she has to timely escalate to the Project Manager any issue which can derail the deadlines targets
- Responsible for integrating the 4 major product development plans: attributes tracking plan, homologation plan, vehicle testing plan, components validation plan
- Responsible for developing functional plans with relative functional Project Leaders (e.g., supplier nomination, quality validation, production activities,)
- Responsible for identifying timing/milestones concerns and reports to Project Manager/ Chef Technical Engineer/ Product Line Director
- Responsible for integrated product line plan, receiving high-level milestone plan at PM
- Accountable for integrating processes and methods **About you**
- Preferably degree in Engineering or Economics
- 2-3 years’ experience in projects planning in Automotive/Metal mechanics companies
- Development and Production processes knowledge
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Good analytical skills
