Now we are looking for a **Sales Support Specialist** for maternity leave to join our Sales Development Department, the resource will be in charge of the operational management of the customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management. **Posizione**:



- Complete management (enter, update, cancellation, look up, return, exchange) of any orders supporting customers in any step of the journey;
- Reporting & Analysis. **Requisiti**: - University degree in Communication, Foreign Languages or related field;
- Good MS Office Knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- A second language will be a plus (Spanish, German, French);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
