Bilingual European School - Via Val Cismon, 9, Milan We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Digital Marketing and Communication Specialist** with previous experience in the marketing field and with an international mindset to join our **BES**team in Milan. The ideal profile will be committed to the mission and vision of the school and develop in first person the marketing and communication plan. **Main Responsibility and Accountability Areas**
- Develop the yearly Marketing and Communications plan, in conjunction with Head of Marketing & Admissions, Italy and Head of School;
- Manage the institutional website, media and influencer relations;
- Draft editorial content for both offline and online communications;
- Coordinate the development of BES marketing materials;
- Attend, and in some cases co-host, BES branding, Public relations, Globeducate days and admissions events;
- Open days, Social events, end of term, graduation events and any other school public event;
- Globeducate days (Outdoor Education, etc);
- Manage institutional, media and influencer relations;
- Oversee social media strategy and execution,



in conjunction with appointed teaching staff;
- Liaise with web marketing agency, analyse reports and monitor KPIs;
- When needed, support Admissions with informational meetings or school tours with prospective families. **Requirements**: - High Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Proven experience in the marketing field;
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism;
- Experience working in international markets and a global mindset;
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision in all tasks;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
