**We're Hiring**: Sales Assistant - Full Time **Location**: Via Barberini, 86, 00187 Rome, Italy**Job Type**: Full-time**Vacancy**: 1 position available **About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Rome. If you’re passionate about travel, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment, we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities**: - Handle phone inquiries from agents and customers.
- Assist walk-in agents and customers at the office.
- Manage general sales activities, including ticket reservations, exchanges, and refunds (BSP refunds included).
- Book value-added services such as STPC and limousine reservations.
- Manage flight schedule changes, including informing agents and passengers of delays or cancellations.
- Process special service requests (SSR), including seat selection, wheelchair assistance, unaccompanied minor services, and special meals.
- Register Eastern Miles memberships and handle related tasks.
- Address customer and agent complaints professionally.
- Participate in events, conferences, workshops, and meetings relevant to the role.
- Explore potential business cooperation opportunities through communication with partners.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. **Requirements & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Italian, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in the aviation or tourism industry is a plus (flexibility may be considered based on qualifications).
