Delivery Specialist (Internship)

We offer 6-month full-time extracurriculum internship with the possibility of extension. **Responsibilities**: - **Plan**: Align with internal and external parties to record requirements, communicate demand information to the supply chain front end, and match supply allocation. Estimate weekly/monthly/quarterly demand and revenue
- **Orders**: Enter customer orders, regularly update delivery reports, and monitor daily shipments and deliveries;
- **Logistics**: Coordinate with carriers customers to arrange local deliveries
- Daily business communication and exception handling with customer warehouse and procurement managers **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in supply chain-related majors
- Strong analytical skills and patience in problem-solving
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both Chinese and English communication, knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel **Job Type**: Internship
