**Location Overview**:
Join our team in Aman Rosa Alpina. Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's Unesco-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. **R**ole** Under the direct supervision of the Spa Manager, the Spa Attendant is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in the pool and sauna area. This position provides excellent service to all guests, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and clean environment, and upholding the luxurious standards of the hotel. **R**esponsibilities**
- Greet all guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring they feel valued and well cared for during their visit to the pool and Sauna area.
- Provide guests with detailed information about pool amenities, services, sauna facilities and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that towels, lounge chairs, and other amenities are properly arranged and readily available for guests.




- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure guest needs are met regarding poolside/sauna side refreshments, towels, or assistance with poolside furniture.
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and communicate effectively with guests to provide them with an exceptional poolside experience. **Requirements**: - E xperience in a similar position in a luxury hotel, resort, or recreation facility is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluent language skills in English and Italian is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
