The history of Pininfarina design is reflected in its lines, beauty and elegance, and in the ability to bring an aesthetic concept to life. Since 1986 Pininfarina expanded its consolidated design expertise outside the automotive sector - its core business - establishing its own direction and a clear identity also in the areas of Architecture and Interiors, Product and Transportation Design.
With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:
**STRATEGY & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** **RESPONSABILITIES**: - Define strategic global long-term vision in alignment with stakeholders’ interest.
- Monitor the implementation of strategic plans by defining execution plans with detail of milestones, owners, etc.
- Scout relevant market and geographic opportunities (both organic and inorganic) to contribute to corporate development
- Develop long term strategic and economic business goals and objectives.
- Perform critical internal analysis to foster company development.
- Lead special projects, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, to drive growth.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and establish plans for success.
- Prepare and present strategic reports to the executive team, board and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Master’s degree in economics (finance and administration) / engineering management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), as a plus
- 5+ years of experience in multinational companies and/or strategy consulting firms **SKILLS**: - Strong skills in analyzing and synthesizing financial data, with precision and attention to detail
- Capability to define priorities, project management, flexibility, stress and conflict management
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in English, other languages as a plus **LOCATION**: Pininfarina HQ: Cambiano (Torino). Availability to travel **Only profiles that meet the above requirements will be considered.**
