Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
Fluent German, Italian & English languages (written & spoken), C1 minimum are required. The role involves complex negotiation skills in Sellers native languages of German and Italian or English
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Account Management
- Acquire a new Tier 1 brand for Amazon (incl. Cold Calling)
- Drive growth for complex, high-value accounts
- Develop and implement account strategies and joint business plans
- Launch and scale high-profile sellers




- Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across organizations
- Coach and develop team members
- Lead cross-functional collaboration
- Manage escalation paths effectively Business Planning & Execution
- Own strategic planning and performance tracking
- Contribute to business reviews and strategy documents
- Execute strategic initiatives
- Ensure delivery of business commitments Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
