The Financial Accountant is an all-round financial position aimed at providing financial insights by creating financial analyses and reports. This position is part of a close team and in our dynamic organization a lot of energy and a can-do attitude will bring you success! **Responsibilities**:
What will you do? As as Accounting Operations Associate Accountant at SodaStream, you will be responsible for: - Working closely together with the full finance team on the month-end close, ensuring reporting deadlines are met for all countries in scope
- Give support to the Italian market’s financial administration and administrative procedures, within the set procedures and guidelines- Bank processing
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- The bookkeeping, balance sheet and control account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and preparing / posting of journals




- Cooperating with the Finance team on executing activities related to external audits, fiscal reporting (VAT/Intrastat) and compliancy topic
- Takes active part in ad hoc activities, e.g. process improvement projects Qualifications:
**Requirements for the role**: - Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting diploma
- At least 2/3 years’ experience in the job within structured companies
- Knowledge of the MS Office Package (especially in MS Excel) and integrated management systems
- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures
- Experience with ERP systems is desired, experience with NetSuite is an advantage
- Experience in TM1 is an advantage
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and ITA GAAP principles
- English fluency is mandatory **The right person**
