To ensure orders are processed correctly
To ensure complete customer satisfaction Activities: - receive customers’ orders and input into SAP
- ensure Order Books are run daily
- provide all information needed by customers (orders state, delivery planning, etc.)
- update Customer details within IT system
- produce credit notes, when necessary, in accordance with SAP Procedures
- ensure customers are invoiced




- laise with the Accounts Department regarding customers’ invoice queries and Production Planning Department for order scheduling and order progress status checks
- collect the credits within the time limit Basic Requirements: - 3/5 years of experience in the role
- Languages: Italian, English are required. French or German area a plus.
