In this role, as a Road Logistics Branch Manager you will be responsible for operational and sales performance of the hub, as well as its P&L.; Your day-to-day activities are to ensure that your team perform all duties and functions in accordance with the strategy and specific working instructions. **How you create impact**: - Own responsibility for the branch's P&L;, for its economical development and quality; manage FSL in the terms and manner defined by corporate guidelines
- Check and manage any claims, liaising with legal department and Client/Supplier
- Deliver operational excellence and foster innovation, by monitoring all processes to ensure high quality standards, optimal level of productivity and effectiveness
- Monitor processes to ensure the best productivity and efficiency of the branch, promoting continuous improvements
- Own responsibility for the selection, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the supplier base
- Collaborate with new Supplier implementation, providing the Manager of Groupage Operation with insights and data aimed to conduct negotiations
- Contribute to business development,
by collaborating with Sales Team to taylor optimal solutions in terms of costs and service **What we would like you to bring**: - More than 5 years of experience in comparable roles, with a strong focus on team leadership and operational excellence
- Proven ability in reading P&L; and precising assessing financial impact of local decision making
- Excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships and aligning cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English at a professional level, both written and verbal
