**Distribution Fleet Manager**:
For our Group HQ, in order to manage the increasing complexity of its distribution fleet for the Bulk sector (tanks, containers, wagons), we are looking for a Distribution Fleet Manager.
**The figure will be in charge of**:
Define, implement and control the expenditure budget for the mechanical and cryogenic maintenance of distribution vehicles;
Manage the stock of spare parts in coordination with the various Centres and authorised workshops, evaluating the best possible solution from an ‘insourcing’ and/or ‘outsourcing’ perspective;
Monitor the services carried out by third-party workshops;
Assess the needs and type of maintenance services requested, estimates and final results and, in collaboration with the various vehicle Centres and specialised workshops, ensure that they are carried out correctly (in compliance with ADR regulations);
Contribute to the technical training of drivers, ensure the safety of the vehicles and coordinate the implementation of safe driving support systems according to shared directives;
Collaborate with the Purchasing Department (tanks, containers) to define the technical specifications with a view to continually improving both the economic side and efficiency and safety (ADR regulations);
Screen the procedures,
standards and documents required by the Quality System for the activities performed;
Manage administrative activities (order creation, receipt, invoice control, etc.) related to maintenance activities and ensure correct cost allocation;
Define and coordinate further interventions on the fleet by identifying and implementing ‘best practices’ in the field of maintenance services to the rest of the SOL Group (Italy and abroad).
Profile and experience
Experience in the field of heavy vehicle maintenance services.
Experience in the field of technical gases (e.g. transport and distribution of cryogenic products) will be a plus;
Experience in managing third parties (workshops, garages, etc...) for the definition of KPIs, service contracts, processing of cost estimates;
Analytical and synthesis skills on economic and technical aspects.

Other requirements
Qualification with technical/scientific specialisation (a three-year degree will be a plus);
Good level of English;
Good knowledge of IT systems;
Knowledge of ADR regulations and rules for the distribution of medical/pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
