We strive to create unparalleled experiences for customers who travel to be inspired. **About the position**:
This entry-level position will be in office administration, with a focus on answering calls, making sure that the logistics of the tours are exact as per the product, and handling correspondence for customers and travel agents. Day-to-day activities will include: - Answering phone calls from clients seeking assistance while on the ground in Europe. we do not do outgoing "cold-call" sales.
- Keeping the tour schedule meticulously organized, between bookings, the company's internal systems and external suppliers needs.
- Maintaining seamless communication with the US team to ensure tours and services can run as promised.

- Working with the Office teams to resolve last minute issues when they arise; this may include ticketing, transfers, calling clients on the ground, etc. **Desired experience and qualifications**: - Fluent in English, any other European language will be a plus
- Experience in customer service for discerning clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working in an international context
- Excellent phone presence
- Strong digital proficiency and general computer skills
- A college education is required
- A professional background in the travel industry is not necessary, but experience traveling and a love of travel will be beneficial! onsite Schedule:
