We are looking for an **IT Manager** to lead our company’s digital transformation: from paper-based processes to a fully digital ecosystem. **What you will do**: - Define and implement the digital strategy with Top Management.
- Promote digital culture and adoption among staff.
- Support the development of a proprietary internal management system.
- Implement HR systems (Zucchetti or similar), CRM, and other digital tools.
- Work daily with an international IT team based in Switzerland. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in IT Management/Digital Transformation.
- Knowledge of management systems, CRM, ERP.
- English proficiency **C1**.
- Strong communication and change management skills. **Offer**: - Salary package based on experience.
