**We are looking for a Storage Specialist III to join our team.** You will manage the enterprise storage infrastructure: create and assign volumes, monitor performance and capacity, handle replication/backup, and respond to incidents and operational requests. The role includes shift work and on-call duty. **Schedule & shifts**:
Coverage: Monday-Friday 07:30-20:00, Saturday 07:30-14:00. Standard hours**:40 hours per week, 8 hours per day**, on rotating shifts within the coverage window. **On-call**: scheduled rotations; overtime is recognized if work is performed during on-call. **RAL**:

**Responsibilities**: - **Manage enterprise storage** on **Hitachi VSP Gx00 and 5x00**, covering **LUN** and volume provisioning, troubleshooting, and replication with **GAD, UR, and SI**.
- Storage **NetApp AFF and FAS**, deliver **SAN and NAS**services, oversee provisioning and health, resolve issues, and configure **SnapMirror** replication.
- Handle **Purestorage X90** for day to day management, provisioning, and incident resolution.
- Operate **Brocade GEN5** and later switches and directors, performing zoning, pathing, and diagnostics.
- Use **Hitachi OPS Center** to monitor Hitachi arrays and analyze performance, NetApp Active IQ Unified Manager to track NetApp health and capacity, and Brocade BNA to administer Brocade fabrics and report on events and performance. **️ Requirements**: - **Previous experience as a Storage Specialist (+6 years).**
- **Hitachi VSP Gx00/5x00** (GAD, UR, SI) with **Hitachi OPS Center.**
- **NetApp AFF/FAS** (SAN/NAS) with **SnapMirror** and **Active IQ Unified Manager.**
- **Pure Storage X90**Brocade (Gen5+)**: switches/directors, **BNA** for management and analytics.
- **Dell Storage** (VMAX, VNX, VPLEX, RecoverPoint - SRDF): management, provisioning, troubleshooting, replication.
- **IBM DS8000**: management, provisioning, troubleshooting, replication.
- **Cisco Nexus**: management and troubleshooting.
- **ServiceNow** ticket management.
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, team player. **Nice to Have** - **Stor2RRD, Xormon** for centralized performance and capacity management.
