We are looking for **two Training Experts**, one for **Handling & Logistics** and one for **Finish & Paint** in our manufacturing area. You will be responsible for creating and improving training programs and materials for factory employees, with an emphasis on practical learning and process understanding. **Your Responsibilities**
- Design and update training materials for your focus area (Handling & Logistics or Finish & Paint).
- Analyze current training practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop training roadmaps and plans aligned with production needs.
- Work with engineers and specialists to translate technical processes into clear and practical training content.
- Ensure training meets internal standards, safety requirements, and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement using Lean tools such as: - **5 Whys** - a technique to find the root cause of a problem by asking "why" five times.
- **Fishbone Diagram** (also called Ishikawa Diagram) - a tool to identify and visualize causes of a specific issue.
- Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training programs.
- Spend time in the factory to fully understand the processes and challenges. **Qualifications**




- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Certified in **Train-the-Trainer** (a method for teaching future instructors how to deliver effective training).
- 6-8 years of experience developing training programs for factory or shop floor workers.
- Experience planning and delivering training to large groups (up to 100 people).
- Comfortable working in an organized, multicultural manufacturing environment. **Key Skills**
- Knowledge of the understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience with **LMS (Learning Management Systems)** - platforms used to manage and deliver training programs.
- Familiarity with digital training tools or e-learning formats.
- Problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to spend time on the shop floor to observe and learn. **What We Offer**
