- Review and agreement of legal documents (such as bond forms, security documents, contracts and other agreements).
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients. Liaise effectively with clients and brokers.
- Gather relevant and sufficient information both financial and other, to assess financial strength of existing and potential clients.
- Researching the internet and other media to find relevant and up to date information.
- Analyse information gained from various sources to add to reports.
- Assist in internal and external meetings as required.
- Be able to provide explanation and reasons for decisions made.
- Create and present reports as required.
- Maintain company records and databases.
- Identify and escalate any potential risks.
- Assist with market and product development.
- Other reasonable duties as instructed by the Senior Underwriter/Head of Department. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and brokers.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and contract review.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in standard IT tools and systems.
