Chaberton Professionals, division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is looking for an **IT Generalist (Internship)** to Join its **Group IT function in Milan** to **support corporate processes and systems, assist users, and keep our office IT running smoothly**. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work alongside seasoned IT professionals. **What You’ll Do**
- Maintain **CRM/ATS processes and systems** used for client and project management
- **Audit on data quality, system adoption** and production of reports & KPIs
- Contribute to creation of **training materials and deliver sessions** to our team of Human Explorers
- Provide support to **data cleansing** activities
- **Provide IT support** via our ticketing system




- Take care of **office IT equipment** **What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in **Tech Disciplines** or equivalent background
- **Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability**: - **Team player** with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable with **training delivery** and colleagues onboarding activities
