- Strong knowledge of Siena’s history, culture, and landmarks
- Fluent in at least one of: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3-8 hours
