Transportation Dispatch Specialist (Need Mandarin)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Dispatching
- Responsible for daily vehicle dispatching to ensure timely completion of transportation tasks;
- Coordinate with transportation providers, follow up on execution status, and handle daily issues;
- Assist in the construction of collection capabilities and support daily transportation operation management;
- Responsible for the maintenance and data registration of the transportation management system (TMS) to ensure accurate information;
2. Transportation Support
- Develop and implement long-haul departure plans to ensure orderly operation of the routes;
- Participate in the review and analysis of transportation cost data and propose optimization suggestions;
- Manage relevant compliance documents for trunk and branch line transportation to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies;
- Assist in the signing and archiving of transportation contracts, maintaining cooperative relationships;
- Assist in the formulation and review of transportation provider KPIs, promoting continuous improvement;
3. Transportation Settlement
- Review transportation bills, verify freight data, and ensure accuracy;
- Follow up on the review of trunk and branch line bills, identify and resolve discrepancies;
- Assist in the transportation settlement and bill payment process to ensure timely settlement of accounts. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics management, transportation management, supply chain, etc. (preferred);
- 1 year or more experience in transportation dispatching, transportation management, or logistics settlement, with experience in express, freight, or e-commerce logistics preferred;
- Familiar with transportation processes, cost accounting, and transportation contract management;
- Proficient in office software and experienced in using TMS or related transportation management systems preferred;
