**OHB Italia**is seeking for its Payloads**Business Unit in Milano for immediate start a Project Manager Officer. **Your Tasks** As member of the Project Office Team, reporting to the Head of Payloads Business Unit: - Support to Program Management
- Interface with the Project stakeholders
- Support to coordination of internal resources and activities
- Support to coordination and management of external suppliers
- Preparation and coordination of meetings, reviews, workshops
- Support to definition and management of project related economics (cost estimate)
- Support to definition and maintenance of the project planning
- Support to identification and management of project risks
- Support to management of project changes
- Support to project progress status monitoring
- Support to measuring of project performance
- Preparation of internal and external project reporting **Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Telecommunications, Management, Mechanical or comparable qualifications.
- 3 year experience in technical roles,



preferably in the space business.
- 2 year experience in Program Management, preferably in the space business.
- Knowledge of space business standards and practices.
- Knowledge of project economics and experience in costing estimation.
- Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling techniques and experience with related tools (MS project, MS Excel).
- Knowledge and experience of risk management.
- Personal good attitude to team building, coordination and conflict resolution.
- Capable to work under pressure with tight planning.
- Capable to manage multitasking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Available to frequent business travels in Europe.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (must be able to read and write complex documents and to discuss and negotiate with international partners, including English native speakers). **Job Category**:Vacancies **Job Location**:Milano
