**Job Opening: Booking Specialist** **Young Tour Operator** is looking for a **Booking Specialist** to join our small, friendly team and support our reservation office. We operate in **food tourism**, running tours in several Italian cities, and we’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and customer-oriented to be the key link between our **tour guides on the ground** and our **back-office operations**. **Contract Details**
- **Contract**: fixed-term
- **Period**: March - November 2026
- **Working hours**: 28 hours per week
- **Work arrangement**: hybrid, with alternating on-site and remote work days
- **Weekends**: availability required to cover shifts **3 weekends out of 4 per month**; on weekend workdays, all activities are carried out **exclusively remotely**: - **Compensation**: in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Tourism and Travel Agencies, approximately **€1,100 gross per month** Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work, a small team of friendly colleagues, and a role that lets you stay in touch with both customers and guides across Italy!**Requirements**
- University degree
- Fluent in English (minimum C1) and Italian
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail




- Available to work weekends during the tourist season
- Preferred: prior experience as a reservationist or in customer care **Duties**
- Adding reservations to the booking software and Google Calendar
- Answering phone calls in fluent English
- Coordinating tour guide calendars and schedules
- Building and maintaining relationships with new partners
- Acting as the operational bridge between guides and back-office operations You’ll be at the heart of the action, helping our customers, supporting our guides, and keeping everything running smoothly—all while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid work and a supportive team environment.
