To support our rapid growth in Europe, we are now looking for talented Industrial Sales Managers to join our international team. **Open Positions** Industrial Sales Manager - Spain Industrial Sales Manager - Italy Industrial Sales Manager - Germany **Key Responsibilities** Track, support, and collaborate with local agents/distributors to achieve sales and performance targets. Independently develop and maintain key system integrators and end customers across Europe. Promote Shinsi’s machine vision and industrial automation products in the local market. Collect market information, identify project opportunities, and drive business closure.



Job Requirements 5+ years of working experience in industrial automation or machine vision industry. Fluent English (both written and spoken). Existing connections and resources with system integrators and end customers. Strong business development, client management, and negotiation skills.
