- Addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Providing response and service to guests staying at the hotel
- Ensuring that all front-facing services meet the highest standards of hospitality **Your Profile**: - Hospitality is in your veins
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
- Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts
