- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Italy Certification Planner Internship** to join its office in Pescara, Italy within the **Mediterranean & Africa Certification** Division. **Mission**
- The role of a Certification Planner is focused on managing and planning certification audits. #LI-DC2**Key Accountabilities**
- Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logístical details.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.
- Managing and contributing to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
- Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams/functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations. **Education**




- High School Diploma/GED- Bachelor’s Degree**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken **Competencies**
