With more than 13,000 employees around the world, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow. **What you will do**: - Manage renewable energy projects across the full lifecycle, from permitting and grid connection to construction, COD and handover to Operations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones, budget, risks and delivery priorities.
- Oversee the grid connection process, coordinating with TSOs/DSOs and monitoring technical requirements, timelines, dependencies and risks.
- Monitor project schedule, costs, critical path and key risks, proactively defining mitigation and corrective actions to protect time and budget targets.
- Support project governance, budget updates, investment decisions and readiness for construction start and COD, ensuring project assumptions remain consistent with delivery commitments. **Employment type**: Full-Time **Work model**:Hybrid **What are we looking for**
- Master Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years' experience in renewable energy project management, preferably with exposure to utility-scale wind, solar and/or storage projects.
- Good understanding of permitting processes, project delivery phases, budget control and risk management in the Italian renewable energy sector.




- Experience in cross-functional coordination within structured and multi-disciplinary organizations is considered a plus.
- Languages: Italian and fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
- Project management and coordination skills; Negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Teamwork and ability to work in cross-functional environments;
- Autonomy, accountability and problem-solving attitude;
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
- Relationship-building capability with authorities and external stakeholders;
