A day in the Life:
- Prepare detailed plan of Sterile departments and VI department operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.
- Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Optimize processes flow to increase departments capacity.
Keys to Success:
- Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Candidates with a technical diploma and significant relevant experience in the role will also be considered.
Experience
- Experience in sterile manufacturing and/or planning environments is helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
