Be a Business Partner from a Legal standpoint for Corporate Functions, providing timely answers and legal analysis. /ppbr/ppstrongKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: /strong /pulli

Management and prosecution of trademarks’ and designs’ portfolios, also through the coordination of external counsels /lili

Handling, management and coordination of brand protection and anticounterfeiting activities, both online and offline, aimed at protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including of civil, administrative or criminal nature /lili

Handling and management of customs surveillance, including the handling of customs seizures and the coordination with enforcement authorities and external counsels /lili

Carrying out internal risk-assessments and IP legal clearance ensuring that all necessary rights are secured on worldwide basis. /lili

Managing the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of complex commercial agreements on a global scale including: /li /ulp-Imagine rights agreements (talents, models) /pp-production agreements for advertising campaigns, digital content, PR events and special projects /pp-co-branding licensing and IP driven partnership including product compliance and distribution matters. /pulli

Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on marketing, communication,



creative initiatives balancing legal risks with business needs, /lili

Managing the drafting review and negotiation of a wide range of IT agreements on a global scale /lili

Supporting the e-commerce team in ensuring the official website's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations /lili

Provide support to the General Counsel in the development, management and implementation of special projects across multiple disciplines /lilispecial complex legal analysis and problem-solving research, counsel and guidance /lili

Handle external lawyers, notaries and consultants /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKEY REQUIREMENTS: /strong /pulli

Master’s degree in Law, Up to 7 years of experience in a similar role /lili

Highly developed legal and analytic skills (e.g. negotiation, drafting, relevant legal knowledge) /lili

Work effectively across different functions /lili

Managing projects autonomously in coordination with the General Counsel /lili

Disseminate legal issues in a clear, concise and pragmatic manner /lili

Meet deadlines and provide professional level of service all time /li /ulpbr/pp

Salary package: up to 50.000,00 annual gross salary per year + additional benefits to be discussed. /p
