Position Summary Develop sales areas for hydraulic products and systems in Italy, mainly in Northern Italy.
Main opportunities and challenges: Opportunity to operate in a dynamic multi-channel environment with a wide range of products and systems to offer to customers who manufacture a wide variety of applications in the Mobile amp; Industrial sector.
Main Responsabilities Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities Job Position and Requirements Education: High School 5 years related experience in Sales Department Professional Background: Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector At least 5 years' experience in the hydraulic/off-highway technical sales sector Hard Skills: Essential:
• Good knowledge of English • MS Office software package • Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad • Ability to interact with other company departments Considered as a plus: Knowledge of Hydraulic products Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus) Advanced MS Excel Soft Skills: • Empathy • Proactivity • Autonomy • Project management • Versatility and ability to manage complex situations What we offer: Annaul Gross Salary Package: up 65k€ CCNL Commercio applied "If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
