Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Spa Therapist to join our wellness team at Constance Halaveli, Maldives.
This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional therapeutic treatments in a luxury resort setting, where you will contribute to creating memorable wellness experiences for our discerning guests.
The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with genuine care, ensuring each client receives personalised attention in our serene island sanctuary.
- Deliver a range of therapeutic massage and spa treatments to guests, utilising appropriate techniques and modalities to address individual needs and preferences • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health concerns, lifestyle factors, and wellness objectives • Maintain meticulous records of client treatments, progress, and any special requirements or contraindications - Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professional conduct within the spa centre at all times • Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and wellbeing for all guests • Manage time effectively to ensure treatments commence and conclude punctually, whilst maintaining unhurried, attentive service - Collaborate with colleagues and other wellness professionals to provide holistic guest experiences • Recommend appropriate spa packages, treatments, and wellness products based on client needs • Maintain knowledge of current spa trends, wellness practices, and therapeutic techniques through continuous professional development • Adhere to all health and safety regulations,
as well as organisational policies and procedures Qualifications - Recognised qualification or certification in massage therapy, spa treatments, or related therapeutic discipline • Minimum two years' hands-on experience delivering spa treatments in a professional setting • Proficiency in multiple massage and spa therapy modalities (e.g., Swedish massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology) - Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele • Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform treatments safely and effectively • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and professionalism - Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required by resort operations • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications relevant to spa therapy • Desirable: Experience working in luxury hospitality or resort environments • Desirable: Multilingual abilities to communicate with international guests • Desirable: Additional qualifications in complementary therapies or wellness coaching Additional InformationWORK WITH CONSTANCE Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
