/ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr/ppThe selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of innovative products, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the entire product lifecycle, from concept to validation and industrialization.
/ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliDevelop and manage 3D product designs using CAD software, ensuring compliance with internal standards and technical specifications.
/liliConduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to assess product performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
/liliApply engineering methodologies and simulation tools, including FMEA, FEM, and Moldflow, to support product development activities.
/liliPrepare and maintain complete technical documentation, including drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and work instructions.
/liliSupport prototype development, testing activities, and validation processes, analyzing results and implementing technical improvements when required.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and customer expectations.
/liliContribute to product lifecycle management,



ensuring continuous compliance with quality, performance, and regulatory standards.
/li /ulpbr/p pstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Product Development, or a related technical discipline.
/liliAbout 3 years of professional experience in product design, mechanical design, or product development.
/liliGood command of English, both written and spoken.
/li /ulpbr/p pstrongRequired Skills /strong /ppbr/pulliExperience with 3D CAD software, preferably CATIA V5.
/liliFamiliarity with engineering analysis methodologies such as FMEA, FEM, and Moldflow is considered a strong advantage.
