/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Production) or Chemical/Polymer Science; related technical disciplines will also be considered.
/li liPrevious experience in a Quality or Process Engineering role at a manufacturing or production site — ideally in plastics, films, packaging, or a related continuous-process industry.
ù /li liHands-on familiarity with slitting and extrusion processes is a plus.
/li liStrongly analytical and structured — able to translate complex problems into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
/li liData-driven in decision making, with the ability to build fact-based alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
/li liHands-on and proactive — comfortable spending significant time on the production floor.
/li liEffective cross-functional collaborator, able to work with production, RD, and application teams toward shared quality goals.
