/p h3Your role /h3 pWe are seeking a detail?oriented and experienced Senior Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team.
This role is responsible for overseeing day?to?day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting the month?end and year?end closing processes.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.




/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate a team performing daily accounting tasks on several EMEA entities /li liSupport month?end and year?end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting /li liReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports /li liEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant accounting standards (e.g. IFRS/GAAP) /li liAssist in external audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors /li liCollaborate with cross?functional teams to support business operations and provide financial insights /li liIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations /li liProvide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics Finance, or related fields /li liMinimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance /li liStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practices /li liProficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem?solving skills /li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines /li liEffective communication skills and a proactive, team?oriented attitude /li liGood communication skills in English (both written and spoken); other languages are a plus /li liExperience in audit firms or multinational companies is a plus /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
