We're Hiring: Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependablePersonal Assistantto provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Track daily tasks and provide regular progress updates.
Coordinate with managers and department heads to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
Draft emails, correspondence, and meeting notes.
Maintain accurate records and organize confidential information.
Assist with research, data entry, and special projects as required.
Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, particularlyExcel, Word,



Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
