ppAs part of the ongoing development of the new Roberto Cavalli Operating organization, The Level Group is building a dedicated Operations team to support the brand's product lifecycle from product development through production and delivery.
/ppWe are looking for a talented Purchase Specialist to join our team in Milan.
This role will be responsible for managing purchasing activities across the production lifecycle, working closely with Product Development, Production, Planning and suppliers to ensure materials and finished products are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with business objectives.
/ph3What you'll do: /h3ullipManage seasonal purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of materials and finished products according to production plans.
/p /lilipCoordinate daily with suppliers to monitor purchase orders, deliveries, lead times, and production schedules.
/p /lilipCollaborate with Product Development, Production, Merchandising and Planning teams to ensure purchasing activities support collection calendars and business priorities.
/p /lilipMonitor supplier performance, proactively identifying and resolving delivery or supply issues.
/p /lilipSupport cost negotiations and purchasing optimization initiatives while maintaining required quality standards.
/p /lilipEnsure purchase orders, supplier information and procurement documentation are accurately maintained within ERP systems.
/p /lilipAnalyze purchasing data and prepare reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
/p /lilipContribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and supplier collaboration.
/p /li /ulh3What we're looking for: /h3ullip3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain roles within the fashion or luxury industry.
/p /lilipPrevious experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory.
/p /lilipStrong understanding of apparel production processes and supply chain dynamics.
/p /lilipExcellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
/p /lilipStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
/p /lilipAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
/p /lilipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/p /lilipProactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
/p /lilipFluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
