ppYou will join our Group Controlling FPA team, based in Milan, working in a young, challenging and dynamic environment.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze historical financial data to provide insights to the Head of Group Controlling and FPA around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability.
/liliDevelop financial models and analyze them to reinforce a data?driven decision making.
/liliPrepare and keep updated 5?year Strategic Plan, Budget and periodic Forecasts at a Group level.
/liliInteract with other functions within the Group and external consultants to collect inputs for budgeting and strategic planning.
/liliWork in close collaboration with the Group Controlling team to help deploy strategic initiatives and special projects that impact the entire organization.
/liliProvide best?in?class insights that contribute to the formulation of the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent.
/lili3?5 years' experience in a top consulting firm, private equity,



MA boutique or in FPA functions within international environments that have undergone recent transformation (preferably private?equity owned).
/liliAdvanced financial modelling skills.
/liliDeep understanding of PL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
/liliAnalytical thinker, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of data and complex files.
/liliBusiness acumen: capability to read and understand information, data, and trends to facilitate decision making.
/liliAbility to work under pressure and with very tight deadlines.
/liliPrevious experience with PowerBI and Tagetik would be considered a plus.
/liliItalian and English proficiency, both spoken and written.
