The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to develop in-house vision applications for the industrial inspection of the main components of eyewear products: frames and lenses. /p pThe candidate will work in a project-based environment alongside multidisciplinary technical teams covering all domains of industrial machinery. There will be continuous collaboration with RD and engineering teams located around the world (Belgium and France in particular) to ensure global excellence in our deliverables.

/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liDeveloping application for industrial inspection of frames and lenses /li liVision system design and prototyping, including hardware and optical setup definition (optics, lighting systems, and cameras) /li liDeveloping and maintaining full-stack software tools for vision-based inspection applications /li liDefinition of requirements and technical specifications related to human–machine interface (HMI) programming /li liInstallation, testing, and commissioning of vision systems /li liManagement of software development suppliers for industrial automation projects /li liBuilding, together with your teammates, the future of industrial inspection in the eyewear industry /li liTechnical support /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liIndustrial inspection background, in particular in defect detection, geometric inspection, presence/absence of components, optical power inspection /li liColor inspection experience is a plus /li liYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously /li liExperience in programming and software design for vision systems, with a git-based development workflow /li liExperience in optics and lighting, applied to industrial vision systems /li liGood knowledge of industrial communication protocols (mainly Ethernet‑IP, OPC, CIP protocol) /li liYou are a flexible person,
