PVH is seeking a Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales to oversee store performance and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
You will set daily service goals, train and coach the team on standards, and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide ongoing feedback, lead CRM activities for retention and upselling, and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
