Salary & Contract Details
We are looking for a person under 30 for a full‑time apprenticeship contract, RAL approx. 25k, with a view to an ongoing, long‑term collaboration. Salary details: CCNLNL Applicant: Tertiary Sector - Commerce (14 monthly salaries). Qualification at end of apprenticeship: Account Manager. Level at end of apprenticeship: 2nd. Duration of apprenticeship: 36 months.
What You Will Do
As Assistant Account Manager at Synextya you will directly support our CEO, Andrea Lissandrin: you will be in charge of organising and managing the company's main clients and projects.
How You Will Work
We are looking for an organised and precise person who masters an effective working method to facilitate internal development processes. It is not essential to have technical skills in the field of software development: you will be supported and trained by senior consultants in the technical‑technological field and on issues related to digital transformation processes.
Where You Will Work
We have a fantastic location in Bologna, in via Fioravanti 27, with a workstation available for you. Working by objectives, presence is not always required, we are used to lavoro da remoto and hourly flexibility. However, you will be required to be present as much as possible, especially at an early stage, in order to better understand the projects on which you will have to contribute. Coffee and water always on offer, attendance at events and conferences and... why not, some partying!
Who You Would Work With
You will work closely with a multi‑disciplinary team, as well as with external consultants and suppliers involved in ongoing projects.
What Skills You Should Have
Must Have
- Organised and reliable, precise, attentive to details
- Broad vision, able to draw conclusions and synthesise information
- Can work in heterogeneous teams
- Ability to manage and organise data and information and produce reports
- Experience using the Office / Google Docs package (in particular Excel / Google Sheet)
- Ability to make polished and effective presentations (Power Point / Google Presentations)
- Available to manage contacts with suppliers and consultants for the coordination and organisation of meetings
- Ability to carry out online research to identify the best tools according to the activities and objectives to be achieved
Nice to Have
- Create graphic mockups and/or wireframes
- UX/UI skills
- Approach challenges with ingenuity and creativity
- Curious and interested in the technological field
- Adequately relate to various types of professionals, both technical and non‑technical, and manage work in a variety of contexts, from informal to more formal ones
- Good level of knowledge of English
- Willing to experiment and deal with subjects you are not familiar with, always ready to learn
- Level of Education at degree level
