ppWME have a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team in Milan.
/p h3The Role /h3 h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liReceive and codify electronic vendor invoices via dedicated platform /li liManage vendors database (being able to give information to the Vendor Master Data team, and set up Vendors in time-efficient way) /li liAnalyse contracts and related expense reports /li liAs per the Accounts Payable perimeter, keep the monthly accounting records for the processing of balance sheets and other financial statements /li liSupport Monthly closing (capable of making accruals and verifying the status of prepaid expenses and invoices received, extracting information and reconciliation in complete autonomy) /li liBank Reconciliation for payments and collections posting /li liAccounting management of Vendors payment requests to support weekly Cash-Flow (advance payments, payments due, exchange rate difference reconciliation, etc.) /li liVAT, LIPE, Esterometro, Intrastat declarations (qualified to prepare declarations in complete autonomy) General-Ledger accounting (fit to perform accruals and giro account of postings) /li liSupport Clients accounting (ready to support accounting while request giro account of postings) /li liWTH and FATCA declarations (previous experience with US tax requirements) /li liTE expense analysis (accounting correctness and rules observing)
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liSkilled SAP and MS Excel Experienced user (will be requested to manage reports that contain intermediate level formulas, and to extract information crossing various sources) /li liKnowledge of CRM tools (previous experience with CRM tools is highly requested to be able to use the tool to extract information and make the adequate checks) /li /ul h3You Have These /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance and Control, or similar /li liTax/Statutory Advisor/ Chartered Accountant firm experience preferred /li li+5 years of all-around accounting experience in small/medium companies /li liFluent Italian and English (must-have) /li liQuick Learner, Self-Starter, Communication, Proactivity, Helpfulness, Team player /li /ul h3How We Work: /h3 pbWME Group /b is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
