The "Pianificazione Tecnica e Valutazione Nuova Produzione" Department Covers The Following Areas Of Responsibility /p h3Areas Of Responsibility /h3 ul liCalculation and valuation of NBM/NBV in accordance with IFRS 17.
Analysis of movements and sensitivities /li liProfit Testing for new products: control and support for Life Department /li liCalculation of risk measures connected to NB /li liSupport for business Plan valuation: calculation and analysis of IFRS 9/IFRS 17/statutory technical items and development of the technical income statement for the valuation of operating profit over the plan horizon (4 years) /li liDetermination of actuarial assumptions (Lapse and mortality) /li liReporting activities: Allianz SE Group reporting, support for the actuarial function /li /ul h3Key Requirements/Skills/Experience /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Economics (with a strong quantitative specialization) or equivalent background /li li1-3 years of previous experience in Life or Consultancy actuarial departments /li liKnowledge actuarial software or equivalent (e.g RAFM / PROPHET) /li liHigh technical knowledge connected with programming skills /li liHigh knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications as well as familiarity in working with data bases /li liTeam spirit, self-motivation and a proactive and committed working style /li liTeam player /li liFluency in Italian and English, written and spoken /li liKnowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools would be a plus /li /ul pPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May ****,
as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between €****** gross and €****** gross.
Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
