pSungrow Europe in Milan seeks an experienced IT support specialist to deliver hybrid Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-users in the Milan office and across Southern Europe.
You will administer devices with Intune, implement Defender and Conditional Access, and manage incidents via Jira and Zendesk.
/ppFluency in Italian and English (C1) is required; Chinese is optional.
ITIL Foundation is an advantage and you will support asset management, procurement, and local infrastructure.
