/ppWere currently exclusively partnering with a global medical technology organisation to appoint a bSenior Manager /b responsible for driving the commercial and marketing strategy of its bWashing Disinfection /b portfolio across EMEA.
/ppThis is a highly visible regional leadership opportunity, working closely with global product management, sales, and clinical stakeholders to shape strategy, launch new products, and accelerate growth across multiple international markets.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across the Washing Disinfection portfolio.
/liliDrive market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and commercial positioning.
/liliBuild relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical experts, and industry associations.
/liliPartner with global teams to influence portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, and innovation.
/liliLead regional product launches, creating compelling messaging, sales tools, and marketing campaigns.
/liliDevelop engaging multi-channel marketing content aligned with commercial objectives.
/liliCreate customer and sales training materials that communicate product benefits and clinical value.
/liliMonitor market performance and campaign effectiveness,
using data to optimise future initiatives.
/liliInfluence cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product management, and regional leadership.
/li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulli10+ years' experience in marketing, including significant experience within bWashing Disinfection /b, binfection prevention /b, bmedical devices /b, or a related healthcare field.
/liliProven success leading regional marketing strategies across EMEA.
/liliExperience working within complex international matrix organisations.
/liliStrong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
/liliAbility to manage product launches, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
/liliExperience producing marketing content, sales enablement materials, and customer education programmes.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/liliBachelor's degree required; Master's degree advantageous.
/liliFluent English is essential, with additional European languages viewed favourably.
/liliWillingness to travel across EMEA (approximately 30%).
