Systems Test Engineer
Location: IT
The impact you’ll make:
- Execution of functional, performance, and reliability tests on coffee machine systems
- Definition and maintenance of test cases and validation protocols
- Analysis of test results and identification of defects and improvement opportunities
- Collaboration with R&D;, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Support during prototype development, validation cycles, and troubleshooting activities
- Contribution to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and lab processes
- Accurate documentation of all testing activities in line with internal standards
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Technical background (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or similar)
- Previous experience in testing, validation, production, or technical hands‑on environments is a plus
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and basic specifications
- Basic understanding of testing principles and structured problem‑solving approach
- Strong practical mindset and willingness to work with physical prototypes and lab equipment
- LabVIEW knowledge for little bench setup (would agevolazioni us)
- Strong hands‑on attitude and willingness to work in a practical engineering environment
- High motivation and genuine can‑do mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn on the job
- Reliability and consistency in executing test activities with attention to detail
- Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative when issues arise
- Good teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate with different functions
- Resilience in dealing with iterative testing cycles and problem‑solving activities
Nice to have
- Experience with coffee machines or small domestic appliances
- Exposure to testing labs or industrial environments
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools or testing equipment
