What You’ll Do:

Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants

Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure

Managelogisticsand surgical inventory across hospital accounts

Ensure successful surgicalcasecoverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented

Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service

Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree OR

Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience

High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience

4+ years of military service

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team

Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings

Ability toliftupto 40lbs.andmaintainflexibility for an on-call schedule

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performancetaken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $XX,000 - $XX,000 annually, withpotential forbonuses and incentivesplusbenefits.

VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation isdeterminedon a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
