Internship Overview

We invite candidates with a degree in economics, humanities, or communication disciplines to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in Milan. This vocational internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience in managing the full selection cycle, from requirement gathering and job description drafting to CV screening, cold‑calling, interviewing, and job posting across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

- Gather recruitment requirements and draft job descriptions.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule interviews.
- Assist with full interview process and selection decisions.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain related documentation.

Qualifications

- Degree in economics,



humanities or communication disciplines.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Desire to get involved and contribute to a dynamic team.
