FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Experience agents to join our remote team in Greece. You'll provide support via phone, email, and chat, handling account issues and platform queries with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.
Relocation support within the EU is provided, along with full training paid from day one and a performance premio up to 10%. The role offers a 5-day workweek with rotating shifts and a strong emphasis on multilingual, multicultural collaboration.
