Test Engineer – Diesel Engine Testing & Development

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our Engineering team and support the development, validation, and certification of industrial diesel engines and emission aftertreatment systems.

About the Role Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and execute engine and ATS development and validation testing.

- Analyze test data, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage test plans, technical reports, and project milestones.
- Support emissions, durability, reliability, and regulatory compliance activities (EPA, Stage V, etc.).
- Coordinate testing activities with internal teams, suppliers, and external laboratories.
- Support new product launches and continuous product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.

Required Skills - Knowledge of diesel combustion, emissions, ATS systems, data acquisition, and calibration tools (AVL, ETAS).





- Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in diesel engine testing and development.

Preferred Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.
- Results-oriented mindset, technical ownership, and continuous improvement attitude.

Pay range and compensation package Competitive compensation package.

Salary range: €45,000 - €70,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
