As a Field Service Technician, you will service Vertiv UPS systems, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring gear to ensure reliability.
You'll build strong rapport with customers, sales teams, and distributors while coordinating with Call Control and your supervisor.
You will work safely, comply with ISO ****:**** processes, and maintain accurate records and spare parts.
This role offers hands?on problem solving, flexible scheduling, and exposure to critical power infrastructure.
You will be part of a service team that drives on?site performance and customer satisfaction.Respond to service calls professionally and on dutyPerform work safely and per codes and company policyManage spare parts using established proceduresAssist in maintaining planned maintenance completion rate at a minimum of 90%Coordinate with call control to schedule and complete workKeep customer listing accurate and report site changesFollow ISO ****:**** processes and safety guidelinesMaintain company vehicle and issued tools/propertyWork as part of the service team and ensure task follow-throughSubmit timely,
