pSilversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operations aboard our luxury cruise ship, delivering high-quality pastry items for all meals and special events while maintaining strict health, safety, and cost controls.
/ppThe role reports to Executive Chef and Sous Chef, with direct reports of Confectioner and Assistant Pastry Chefs.
You will plan menus, supervise production, and ensure guest satisfaction across international clientele.
